We construct holiday-houses in the first foot of Halkidiki, Pefkohori in Greece. In an amazing holiday resort we have created a spectacular series of summer houses.

Each house is comprised from three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a marble made fireplace. On the same room there is an italian design kitchen. A bathroom with already made installation for a washing machine is placed just next to it.

An interior marble staircase leads to the first floor, where we have two bedrooms with an embedded wardrobe, an italian design bathroom and a half circle shaped balcony with a magnificent view of the sea. A hall with a second entrance to the house with a safety door is also placed on the second floor with an exterior marble staircase that leads to a private personal garden.

The interior marble staircase leads to the second floor that entails a deluxe bathroom and the master bedroom. Outside the master bedroom there is a spectacular space of a roofgarden with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains(the second foot of Halkidiki-Sithonia can be also viewed from there) .

Every holiday house has a personal private garden 200 square metres including a personal parking place. The whole cottage has an already made central heating installation.
We also provide the option of constructing a personal swimming pool in the garden.

Every house is 2mins away from the crystal sea, where there is also a special beach bar-SOTTO SOPRA.
